We are open 24/7 and have everything you need for strength & conditioning training. We have a fully kitted out weights area, a great range of cardio machines, and a functional fitness area so you can train the way you want.
Spa
Our spa is available on a pre-booking basis, we have a jacuzzi, the Babylon Cryo (ice bath), as well as both dry and steam saunas. This is available on Silver & Diamond Memberships, or you can purchase a Silver Day or Week Pass.
Classes
We run a variety of classes for different ages and skill sets, so come and give it a try! Classes are all available on a Pay-as-you go basis We also run Bootcamps on a regular basis please check out our classes page for more details.
